it always appears when i log on to GWG
i did not change this picture!

must be terrible being so popular.....if you go the bottom of the forum lists, there's one for comments/feedback/bug reports for this website.

edit - just checked, it's called "site feedback".

Yep, it goes into site feedback. This is a very common problem with VBulletin forums. I've read there are a few self-fixes, such as sending yourself a couple PM's and then deleting them. Not sure if it works, but it's worth a shot.
